Iakovos Sax Lane was born in Athens, Greece, in 2005, and is an emerging Greek filmmaker.
He is currently completing his studies in Filmmaking in London, specialising in directing and preparing his graduate film. His first short film, Imago, had its world premiere at the 49th Drama International Short Film Festival.
With a background in both the visual arts and music, his practice is informed by an attunement to the environment, exploring the metaphysical thresholds and the socio-political undercurrents of the human condition.
He is currently developing his second short film, In Vitriol Remains.
